I hope you’re well.

There’s two custom modifications I’m hoping to make to the Reframe Plus theme. I understand they’re beyond the scope of theme support, but I was hoping you may be able to advise how I should go about achieving these modifications with next to no understand of coding.

1. I’d like to have a sticky footer. As it stands, the footer floats around a bit, especially on pages with less content like “About” and “Contact” pages.

2. I’d like to amend the mobile menu to be full screen, with centred text, dropping in from the top rather than the side.

Would you advise I hire a web designer for these tweaks or is there a way I’d be able to accomplish them myself? I installed “SiteOrigin CSS” plugin as your documentation recommended, but after some experimentation I concluded my desired modifications are too complex to achieve using the visual mode of the plugin.

If you recommend I hire a developer, is there anyone you’d recommend?
