Social media icons + copyright text

Hi,

I've been using Reframe for about a year now and I'm really happy with it. I would like to adjust a couple of things though.

1. Is it possible to move the copyright text so that it's centered on all pages?

2. Before the update I had my social media icons under the menu on the left. After the update it seems the only options I have are header or footer. Is it possible to have te under the menu again?
